About us
FAYS, Terroir chocolaté is an artisanal chocolate shop located in Oka, in the Laurentians. Since 2011, we have been crafting chocolates, pastries and frozen treats inspired by the flavours of Québec’s terroir. Local berries, herbs, flowers and other regional ingredients are paired with distinctive chocolates in bold creations proudly rooted in Québec. All is gluten-free. Our dark chocolate creations are made with Québec bean-to-bar chocolate from BASSAN, roasted in Gaspésie. A gourmet terrace, café space and seasonal creations complete the experience in the heart of Oka village.
