The Terroir et Saveurs du Québec team is proud to present over 50 new products related to the terroir of Quebec.
By way of example, here are a few experiments to discover:
- Auberge Comme au premier jour (Bas-Saint-Laurent): Celebration of the business’s 25th anniversary + addition of a 10th room to the lodging options
- Domaine Héritage (Eastern Townships): New signature product, “Pommados,” an apple brandy inspired by Calvados and adapted to the Quebec terroir
- La Miellerie King – Distillery and Meadery (Centre-du-Québec): Launch of the gourmet booklet “Soif d’apiculture” + collaboration with several Quebec chefs + flower-planting and tree-planting projects to support pollinators by 2026
- Ferme Ambrosia (Charlevoix): selected as the first “Économusée du canard” + expansions aimed at improving visitor and group accommodations + enhancement of the farm picnic offering for the summer season + celebration of the company’s 5th anniversary
- Aux Jardins des 5 Moulins (Chaudière-Appalaches): launch of a gourmet country-style dining experience featuring an 8-course tasting menu paired with wines and including a guided tour of the gardens
- Projet La Ruche (Gaspésie): return of the 5-course tasting menu
- Du Champ à La Meule Cheese Farm (Lanaudière): launch of Le Cœur du Dragon cheese
- Intermiel (Laurentides): Intermiel’s 50th anniversary celebrated with an event on August 16, 2026 + opening of educational honey gardens offering an immersive experience focused on pollinators and biodiversity
- Ferme Marineau (Laval): addition of giant farm-themed games + new facilities
- Les Couleurs de la Terre (Mauricie): Chef David Merzouk joins the team and enhances the farm-to-table menu + launches a calendar of events and activities for the entire season + first full year of farmstay accommodations
- Les Trouvailles Gourmandes du Canton (Montérégie): gourmet dining with renowned guest chefs + picnic and sheep-themed days + gourmet brunch with Chef Sandra Plourde, winner of MasterChef Québec 2024
