The Terroir et Saveurs du Québec team is proud to present over 50 new products related to the terroir of Quebec.
By way of example, here are a few experiments to discover:
- Ferme Guy Rivest (Lanaudière): new theme in the labyrinth: space! + new activity for children aged 10 and under (mini-detectives)
- Miellerie King (Centre-du-Québec): first 100% Quebec alcoholic cream at the SAQ + new honey wine tasting workshop with local cheese pairings
- Domaine Lafrance (Laurentides): watch out! Celebrating their 100th anniversary – new products on offer
- Microbrasserie Les Grands Bois (Quebec City region): new non-alcoholic beer and new experimental range of lagers (traditional and modern methods)
- Un goût de miel (Centre-du-QC): opportunity to sponsor a beehive
- La Belle-Gousse (Lanaudière): new garlic interpretation trail
- Distillerie Grand Dérangement (Lanaudière): they are currently working on a new term for spirits from “grain to bottle”. They are one of 6 distilleries in Quebec producing 100% Quebec spirits.
- Le Ricaneux (Chaudière-Appalaches): new raspberry wine vinegar, aged 20 years!
- Les Couleurs de la Terre (Mauricie): Six gourmet variations of poutine, with a monthly option from May to October, always in collaboration with a local producer.
- Ferme du Mihouli (Montérégie): new kiwi interpretation circuit and new on-site facilities
- Casse-Croûte du Roy (Québec): snack bar featuring local products (e.g. elk burger).
