The Annual General Meeting of Terroir et Saveurs du Québec was held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
The event opened with an inspiring talk by Audrey Ruffaut, Tourism Attractiveness Scout at Touriscope, on the theme: “Developing activities and services in a context of labor shortage”. This presentation addressed concrete ways of supporting innovation in a context of human resource scarcity, before giving way to the institutional aspects of the meeting.
