This immersive event is free and offers a weekend of discovery, with over 30 passionate exhibitors and a varied program: interactive workshops, inspiring lectures, yoga sessions in the greenhouses, and much more, in a soothing setting in the heart of our flowers.
An event showcasing the best of Quebec produce and the creativity of students in the Cuisine supérieure program. Proceeds from the evening will be used, among other things, to award bursaries to students in the Signature ITHQ Cuisine supérieure program, in preparation for their internships.
During this fundraising evening, where spring will be in the spotlight, you'll have the opportunity to discover an exhibition of works by two talented Montreal artists, enjoy a delicious gourmet meal accompanied by carefully selected wines, all orchestrated by the expertise of ITHQ students.
Let yourself be carried away by the intimate atmosphere of the Contre-Courant festival, taking place in the heart of the orchard on September 12 and 13. Contre-Courant is all about connecting nature, people and art. More details to come!
At the heart of Mushroom Month in Kamouraska, take part in a mycological feast conceived and prepared by the Buvette de Côté Est brigade. Enjoy a five-course meal featuring forest mushrooms and non-timber forest products.
