Between the charm of the Outaouais region’s gourmet villages and the rich wine and fruit production of the Laurentians, 2025 brings its share of tasty discoveries, including unique ciders, gourmet restaurants, and more. Here’s a glimpse of the new treats awaiting us in both regions in 2025! 😋🍷
OUTAOUAIS

Boucherie Montebello VTM – From the farm to your table, a committed butcher shop!
Domaine Mangalica and Ferme Takwanaw are joining forces under one roof with the opening of Boucherie Montebello VTM, located at 687 A Notre-Dame Street, in the heart of the charming village of Montebello!
Since April 29, 2023, this butcher shop has been showcasing quality local meats from their own farms. Now certified for in-store resale and home delivery, the company is continuing its mission to make its products more accessible. Taking advantage of the quieter winter season, the team visited restaurants in the Petite-Nation region to introduce their meats to local restaurateurs and foodies. Follow them on social media to stay up to date on special events and farm visits! 🗓️
LAURENTIDES

Labonté de la pomme – 3 New Ciders to Sip and Savor!
Labonté de la pomme à boire has crafted three distinctive new ciders, made from a thoughtful blend of ingredients grown right on the estate.
La Coulée Douce and La Coulée Pétillante, both infused with their signature maple syrup, pair beautifully with a traditional sugar season meal at the Cabane à pommes à l’érable. Le Classique, a sparkling cider, is perfect for any occasion that calls for a little bubbly delight.
Created and bottled in a small-batch cider house nestled in the heart of the orchard, these ciders are a true celebration of Québec’s terroir. 🥂 🍎
