About us

The sugar shack is where La Martine products are made: preserves, dressings, salsa, jelly, pies, etc. and maple by-products made entirely by Martine and sold in the boutique. High importance to use and encourage vegetables from local producers for sugaring season products and menus. Premium foods, revisited dishes of yesteryear, food with a unique taste and generous portions await you. In season: Picnic, tasting, etc. In the spring, come and enjoy a sugaring season meal like you've rarely tasted. Dining room for 35 people, very intimate and warm. See our specialties on our website.
