About us

Casse-Croûte du Roy is a family-owned business in Deschambault-Grondines that reimagines Quebec classics with a creative gourmet twist, highlighting local partners and regional products. Born from a spontaneous idea turned structured project, it blends the spirit of a traditional snack bar with a bistro-style approach. Located on Route 138, just minutes from Highway 40, it stands as a must-stop agrotourism destination at the gateway to Portneuf. New facilities delivered in June 2026 will include a local products boutique, in-house ready-to-eat offerings, and a dessert and cocktail bar.
