About us
Cassis et Mélisse is a happy encounter between Québec and Belgium… Come and meet cheese-maker Aagje and goatherd Gary on their beautiful farm, and deepen your knowledge of goats and cheese-making. From the really fresh "Faisselle", hand-moulded with a ladle, to the "Tire-Lune", an aged tomme-style cheese. Fall in love with our range of organic farm cheeses and other favourite products from the region. Open all year, closed from mid-december until mid-january.
