Compliments de Belle-Maman, an ECONOMUSEUM of Canning, specializes in preserving fruits, vegetables, and herbs from Île d’Orléans. We offer a wide range of pickles, ketchup, relish, confit, salted herbs, jellies, jams, and even low-carb products.
