About us
From farm to table, we accompany every step of the transformation of our cheeses. We understand how important it is to care for and observe nature, which knows much better than we do how to thrive. And we are grateful for the abundance it shares with us. At first glance, our cheeses may all look alike. However, beneath the rind of each one, you can sense flowers, herbs, and aromas from the pastures that differentiate them from one another. There are firm and semi-firm cheeses that carry hints of hazelnut, caramel, honey, butter, fruits, and flowers.
