The Fromagerie Nouvelle France cheese factory was awarded Best Quebec Cheese for 2023 and 2022 for the Zacharie Cloutier. They also offer other ewe cheeses such as the Madelaine, Samuel le Bleu, Fruitière des Bergers among many others.
