Fromagerie St-Guillaume’s Interpretation Center guided tours are offered on reservation. Visitors can access freely the museum's interactive panels. A giant screen presents live cheese making in the factory. Come discover cheese making in detail as well as the history of Fromagerie St-Guillaume and co-op. Enter the world of cheese, in photos and in real time. In addition to warm Le P’tit Frais Cheddar cheese curds, all products from the St-Guillaume and Île-aux-Grues cheese factories can be found in the shop. A dairy bar open in summer. Everyone is welcome!
