About us
Our farm specializes in a unique production in Canada: goose foie gras. All the production stages are done directly on the farm, from the egg to the plate. Our geese are raised outside, in the natural conditions and cooked into a variety of fine products, sold directly at our shop. We look forward to sharing our passion!
