About us

Located in the heart of Quebec’s agricultural heritage, Ferme Vachalê has been family-owned and operated since 1962 and proudly represents the 12th generation of farmers in the Charbonneau family. Guided by the motto “From Our Farm to Your Table,” the farm manages a herd of nearly 400 cows, including 160 dairy cows in production. In March 2022, the family expanded its commitment to local food by opening Laiterie Lait Charbonneau. Their distinctive range of farm-made products is crafted without preservatives, using locally sourced ingredients and environmentally responsible practices.
