La Tablée des Jardins Bolton is an experience every Saturday in summer! Imagine yourself with a cocktail in hand, mountain views and the warmth of a summer evening. Spring is in full swing, and life is slowly returning to the fields… and to the plates! Maison de Soma continues to open in the evenings with an à la carte menu inspired by the harvest of the moment, a lively cuisine that’s constantly evolving. From Thursday to Sunday, starting in May, the dining room will also be open for lunch. 3- Au Pâturage – Espace Gourmand

At Le Pâturage, every moment spent at table is rooted in the land. On Thursdays, you can enjoy a 5-course tasting menu at an affordable price. Sundays are devoted to a hearty brunch, always local and creative. From June onwards, the experience diversifies: start the day with a specialty coffee in hand, visiting the fields and greenhouse before brunch, then move on to festive afternoons with a wood-fired oven menu, pétanque games and an original drinks menu. In the evening, it’s time for an aperitif in the field with bites, a drink and a tour of the field before dinner. 🥂🌞

4- Espace Old Mill

Stanbridge East (Cantons-de-l’Est)

At Espace Old Mill, gastronomy meets agriculture. From Thursday to Sunday, visitors can discover the farm through a guided tour, before dining on a 5-course menu celebrating the season and home-grown produce. From May 8 onwards, you’ll be able to enjoy an aperitif and share small dishes (charcuterie, crudités, starters, desserts…). Finally, from May 1, you can extend the moment with a gastronomic stay at the auberge du restaurant, including dinner, overnight stay and boxed lunch. The Table Champêtre® at Les Cocagnes is an unforgettable outdoor dining experience. Every weekend in summer, from mid-June to late September, the establishment welcomes guest chefs from all over Quebec to prepare a 5-course menu featuring organic vegetables from the farm and other local produce.
