Come and sample Chelsea & Co Craft Brewery‘s hyper-local beers in an industrial setting in the heart of nature near the Chelsea Pub, where it all began. There really is something for everyone: IPA, NEIPA, lager, pilsner and much more! Stay at the Lofts du Village on Old Chelsea Square, just outside Gatineau Park.

Visit the Brasserie artisanale Gallicus and stock up on takeaway products. The brewery is known for its saison-style mixed-fermentation beers and India Pale Ale, available in cans and bottles. It also organizes seasonal themed events. All in all, a great atmosphere in an appealing setting.

Take a well-deserved break at the 5e Baron Microbrewery, a magnificent space that opened in 2020 and that same year was ranked the world’s third best new microbrewery by the RateBeer specialist website.

If you’re passing through the Pontiac, stop off at Brauwerk Hoffman microbrewery, where you can relax in the tasting room and sample the craft beers. Take a seat on the terrace and enjoy a delicious meal prepared with local ingredients. Musical performances are also on the menu, depending on the season. The brewery is closed in winter, but the retail shop is open on request (call in advance).
