3 criteria are essential to obtain the title of Table Champêtre®.

BE A PRODUCER

Owners must have their agricultural producer's card.

OFFER A MENU FROM THE FARM

The establishment must offer a table whose menu is made up of 51% or more of its own crops and livestock. The rest must be made up of local foods.

BE A MEMBER

Comme c'est une appellation déposée, les établissements doivent être membre de l'Association.
