Every summer, Québec’s Tables ChampêtresTM invite visitors to slow down, savour the moment and discover local terroir in a whole new way. From gourmet farm-to-table meals and menus showcasing local ingredients to special events and unique agrotourism experiences, these destinations offer far more than just a meal : they provide a true immersion into their world.

Here are 11 farm to table that recently shared their latest openings, events and seasonal highlights 🌿

Projet La Ruche

Once again this year, Projet La Ruche will offer a new menu every week throughout the high season, creating a weekly rendezvous for curious and food-loving local visitors. Their beautiful lush and sunny terrace will also be open at all times.

The return of their Carte Blanche to the Chef experience will be available all summer long. This 5-course menu changes weekly and is inspired by garden harvests, fresh catches from the river, farm-raised meats, wild foraging and the flavours of each season.

Special events may also be announced throughout the summer.

📅 Dates: Open Wednesday to Saturday evenings, as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from June 20 to September 6, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Bon Vivant Table Fermière

The farm bistro is now open with a seasonal menu featuring farm-raised proteins and vegetables from local growers. With local beers, ciders and 100% Québec wines, it’s the perfect stop for lunch or a 5 à 7 while exploring the region.

Don’t miss their beef tartare with elderflower capers and maple mustard, or the homemade focaccia BLT that wins everyone over! It’s also a great opportunity to see the animals grazing, visit the farm shop and simply relax.

Espace Old Mill

Located in Stanbridge East, in the heart of the Eastern Townships and directly on the Wine Route, Espace Old Mill brings together a market garden farm, a farm-to-table restaurant and La Cecil House, an inn located above the restaurant. Throughout the summer, guests can enjoy an experience rooted in harvests, seasons and local terroir: evening tasting menus, a lighter “Parloir” menu, a new lunch experience and the possibility of extending the stay at the inn.

In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enjoy a meal crafted from freshly harvested vegetables from their market gardeners and other local products, overlooking a lake with breathtaking views of Mount Pinacle. Each evening highlights the talent of one of Québec’s most renowned chefs, many of whom are finalists or winners of the Lauriers de la gastronomie and connected to Michelin Guide-selected establishments. A truly inspiring lineup promising creative terroir-inspired evenings!

New this year: Their boutique now allows guests to purchase the wines and spirits served during the meals to extend the Cocagnes experience at home.

Huit 100 Vingt

Huit 100 Vingt offers a gourmet Table ChampêtreTM experience in the heart of Sainte-Marcelline-de-Kildare, in Lanaudière. Their evolving tasting menus have no fixed format : each service is inspired by what nature offers in the moment: garden vegetables, maple grove products, eggs, poultry, orchard fruits and treasures from neighbouring producers. Every visit becomes a unique, intimate experience deeply rooted in Québec terroir.

Chef Loïc Leperlier works with ingredients using precision and creativity, highlighting freshness, seasonality and storytelling.

Les Jardins Bolton

La Tablée des Jardins Bolton offers an open-air dining experience in an exceptional natural setting. The evening begins atop a hill with views of fields, mountains and the river before continuing around a large table placed directly in the gardens.

Near this table, which seats up to 50 guests, chefs cook over open fire using local ingredients surrounded by fresh herbs and vegetables. The dishes are simple, refined and entirely focused on seasonal ingredients.

If it rains, the meal is moved under shelter.

Ferme L’Apprentie

Four evenings. Four feasts. One vibrant farm.

For one unforgettable evening, Ferme L’Apprentie opens its doors wide to let guests experience the magic of a Table ChampêtreMD right in the heart of the farm. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a cocktail in the soft country air. Then, under the illuminated tent, chefs serve a six-course gourmet meal.

Between courses, guests can explore the farm and its animals during a guided tour, chat with Nadia about life on the farm and end the evening around a campfire under the Chaudière-Appalaches stars.

L’Éden Rouge

The Table ChampêtreTM at L’Éden Rouge is located directly on the market garden farm, offering a unique bucolic experience.

Chef Angèle-Ann Guimond creates dishes overflowing with freshness and flavour. Her mission is to showcase farm products through simple yet delicious cuisine. During gourmet events, menus evolve according to harvests and market availability, allowing guests to discover new dishes with every visit.

Weather permitting, the experience takes place outdoors near the orchard and gardens.
